Pressure vessels/containers and reactors must meet the highest quality requirements. The pressurized objects are designed at KASAG according to the relevant regulations and subsequently produced, with great enthusiasm, using the most modern technology. Stainless steel and special materials, such as duplex and nickel-based alloys (Hastelloy, Inconel) are processed. All our production experts have the mandatory certificates, and have mastered the welding process MIG, MAG, TIG, Plasma and Orbital and work solely with certified welding consumables. The pressure vessles and chemical reactors are finally polished, pickled, passivated and tested using non-destructive test methods. KASAG products meet all your standards.

The task of storing liquids hazardous to water or to their processing must be handled responsibly. In the building of the corresponding process containers, storage tanks, stainless steel containers, different factors must be taken into consideration. They are designed according to regulations, such as PED (AD-2000, SVTI, EN13445) or according to special standards, such as the Basel chemical standard BN76 and manufactured in stainless steel. Process containers and storage tanks have half-pipe coils, jackets or laser-welded structures (pillow plates) for heating and cooling purposes. With comprehensive non-destructive testing methods, such as X-rays of the welding seams or pressure testing of up to 1000 bar, we ensure smooth product quality. Single-layer filters with diverse application possibilities. Various filter elements such as a filter layer, a filter cloth or a metal composite fabric can be inserted in the filling chamber of the Merkur® pressure vessel. Solids can thus be separated and washed or filter residues reprocessed from suspensions after precipitation or crystallization processes.

Flexible plate filters with easy handling. Orion® multilayer filters are frame filters with square filter elements arranged in vertical rows – optionally with lees filters with a width of 13, 25 or 40 mm. They are equipped with a hydraulic lock for pressing the filter pack, a double-acting cylinder with automatic pressure control, a pneumatic drive and a control system.

The closed system for maximum safety. Radium® horizontal plate filters are layer filters with a package of round, stacked filter elements in a closed and absolutely pressure-resistant container. They allow safe and hazard-free operation with toxic, flammable and aggressive liquids.
