The Top Hopper is an amendment and additive dispenser mounted onto a Kase Gobbler (new or old).  Controls are automated when wired into the Gobbler. Use the Top Hopper for adding one dry amendment directly to the soil in the mixing/fluffing auger during processing, producing a uniformly mixed media.

The Kase Mixers have an end discharge. The 2 and 4 yard models have a bolted replaceable bottom barrel, available in heavy duty abrasive resistant material.

This unit is ideal for small, controlled batch mixing within its 10 GA steel barrel.  Utilizes a center discharge with an easy open gate. Custom options, including integral direct drive or chain & sprocket drive, are available.

Good for medium size batch mixing within its 10 GA steel barrel. This unit utilizes an end discharge with an easy open gate, and it is also available with a 7.5HP motor. Custom options, including chain & sprocket drive, are available. 

The 2 Yard Mixer offers medium to large batch mixing capabilities within the 3/16” plate steel barrel. It is ideal for heavier soils, and heavy duty options are available depending on your media type. The unit comes standard with a removable barrel and handwheel discharge gate. It is also available with 10HP or 15HP motor, and custom options, including integral direct drive or chain & sprocket drive, are available.

Kase Soil Conveyors efficiently move a variety of bulk materials and are ideal for loading trucks or soil carts and for stockpiling media. These conveyors will take discharge from a Kase Mixer or Bale Processor. These conveyors are made-to-order to meet your incline requirements and discharge heights. Upturned slider sides create a troughing belt, and load skirts are optional to increase the capacity of the conveyor. Other options include belt widths of 18″, 24″, and 36″, cleated belt, dust covers, load hopper and more.

The Kase 4821 Overhead Soil Conveyor is a great option for space-saving soil production operation.  These conveyors are designed to be elevated and out of the way, allowing you to work underneath them. You may fill your single or multiple production line Kase Fillers from a single overhead soil source, saving valuable floor space.  These conveyors can be configured with many options to meet your specific needs. 

Kase Modular Belt Conveyors are compact, light-weight, portable, and well suited for conveying potted plants, boxes or other containers. Each unit will convey horizontally or at a slight incline, allowing you to easily load or unload a truck. Since the supporting steel and slider pan on the modular conveyors are below the conveying surface, you may transport containers much wider than the belt. Belts are designed with a V-guide for self-tracking, and belt tension is easily adjusted at slots in the side of the aluminum slider pan. This ensures smooth operation and low maintenance of these units.
