The nanoVoxel-1000 is a compact desktop CT system engineered for high-precision imaging applications. It achieves remarkable detail resolution of 300nm, making it suitable for intricate inspection tasks. The system's sealed tube-ray source minimizes maintenance requirements and the need for consumables. Additionally, the robust seismic isolation design allows for deployment in dynamic environments such as on vehicles and ships. It has a spatial resolution of 2μm, supported by a 110KV X-ray source and a flat panel detector with an imaging area of 145mm x 114mm and a pixel matrix of 2940 x 2304 pixels. This system can accommodate samples up to 300mm in diameter and 200mm in height, with a maximum weight of 15kg. Its equipment dimensions are 900mm x 500mm x 660mm, and it weighs 500kg. The nanoVoxel-1000 is versatile, featuring configurable hardware and software to meet diverse application demands, and supports in situ 4D imaging for dynamic analysis under various mechanical and temperature loads.
