Do it right the first time. We’ll create a plan of action. In this phase, you can expect: Scheduling, production and assembly projections. Budget and purchasing discussions. Pricing quote. Foundation requirements. Preliminary and approval drawings (production time is typically 4-6 weeks after approval). Delivery requirements from start to finish.Construction Services
Kelly Klosure buildings are designed to be installed by any `construction-savvy` crew, whether that is your own maintenance staff or a contractor of your choice. However, we have field service representatives available to assist your crew or contractor in erecting a Kelly product. And, depending on your needs, we have Qualified Field Assembly Contractors who can construct your building. For our government clients, we provide services under our GSA Schedule contract for field assembly, and installation and site preparation. These services are subcontracted through reputable contractors that we`ve developed long term relationships with.
Ongoing Support Services
Throughout all phases of the process, we offer detailed drawings, step-by-step instructions, engineering services, and a responsive, dedicated Field Service Manager for your project. Our service doesn`t stop after the sale - feel free to call with questions or concerns.
