Typically, concentrations of H2O, CO2, CO, SO2, NO, NO2, N2O, HCl, HF, NH3, O2 and TOC (Total Organic Carbon) are continuously measured with the CEMS II.

GMS800 offers an innovative product familiy of extractive analyzers which can measure more than 60 different gas compounds. The GMS800 is characterized by its consistent modular design: up to 6 analyzing modules, one gas module, I/O modules and an operating unit. Standardized 19`-racks as well as system enclosures optimized for installation in cabinets can be used for economic system integration. Wall mounting enclosures with an ATEX approval for hazarous areas can be used in rough industrial applications. Equipped with modern software, the GMS800 comes with all required interfaces for remote control via networks through to the connection to a process control system.

The H2S gas analyser MONOCOLOR operates semi-continuously by the colorimetric measuring principle with a dry reaction on a reagent paper strip. The intensity of the reagent paper stain is proportional to the mean concentration of H2S and to the flow rate. This measuring principle allows the measurement of small H2S concentrations and is very selective, even in case of different sulfur compounds in the sample gas.

The heated JPES sample probe is designed for use in extractive sampling systems with sample gases containing dust and aerosol, especially for measurement in not stationary applications.Different pipes - heated and unheated-, materials and filters as well as heated hoses make the JPES very flexible for different applications.

Previously, gas sample probes designed for stationary use had to be used for inspection measurements carried out at different locations. The weight and handiness of such units often caused problems for technicians engaged in mobile measurements. Now the light, handy and heated gas sample probe PSP 4000-H has been developed as a logical complement to the portable M&C sample gas conditionig systems. Despite its compact design, the unit guarantees a full range of functions

The JCT model JES301 heated gas sample probe is used for the extraction and filtration of sample gases for use in continuous measurement analysis systems. The probe is available in heated and unheated versions and has a comprehensive range of sampling tubes including a specific filter tube for extremely high dust loads.

The D-R 320 is based on the principle of backscatter ensuring high measurement sensitivity, even for lower concentrations. The D-R 320 does not require a light trap. It is equipped with an optical sensor system with double compensation for the background light. This design allows for quick and easy installation without adjustment on site.

SHC500 Gravimat - Mobile dust measuring system For control and gravimetric comparison measurements on dust concentration monitors. A partial gas flow is sucked off isokinetically via a filter head probe (control in real time). The dust content ist determined by weighting the dust collector mass before and after extraction.

Emissions monitoring: Continuous, non-contact, and direct – the FLOWSIC100 Emission devices supply accurate and reliable measurements of the volume flow and gas velocity in flue-gas, exhaust-gas ducts or chimneys. They fulfill the requirements of the German Clean Air Regulations and the Federal German Pollution Control Act (13th, 17th and 27th Impl. Ordinances).
