Kenway will develop the new FRP tank lining using the best resin systems and reinforcements available. The FRP tank lining can be replaced in kind or enhanced for changes in service such as different chemicals content, concentrations or operating temperatures. Kenway Composites has over 60 years of expertise in relining fiberglass vessels in Pulp & Paper and other heavy corrosion industries. We have the knowledge and expertise to work with a customer to design a lining system that will restore the vessel back to like new condition and extend the tanks useful life for many years.

As with its process pipe manufacturing, Kenway also custom designs its duct and vent piping systems to suit each application.  For highly corrosive applications or abrasive applications, we provide specialty liners.  Our products meet or exceed Class I Fire Retardant ratings per ASTM E-84 and can achieve smoke spread ratings less than 50 if necessary.

FRP Scrubbers and Absorbers: Chemical Scrubber Odor Control Systems. Much like Kenway’s manufacturing of tanks, towers, and stacks, the company offers custom design, fabrication, and installation services for FRP scrubbers and absorbers. Our ability to customize the laminate on a case-by-case basis means that each customer receives the vessel best suited for their specific application. Our engineers design per the relevant ASTM and ASME RTP-1 standards and are particularly skilled at coordinating site installations. We work with many major scrubber and absorber designers to build their products to exacting standards to meet your requirements.

Kenway manufactures proprietary fiberglass dampers also known as FRP dampers. We provide FRP flow control dampers and FRP isolation dampers for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Manual and mechanical actuator systems are available.

Kenway FRP Trench Liners are custom molded to fit a variety of trench sizes and grating requirements. We can fabricate lengths up to 40 feet and will shop-assemble elbows, tees, laterals and other connections to fit your application. The Kenway liner is ideal not only for new installations but also for the restoration of old trenches.

Kenway Composites manufactures vacuum relief valves to the specifications of our client’s needs. We custom design the valves to suit any relief level and volumetric flow requirement.  Kenway will accurately match your process to the correct resin system to ensure maximum life and excellent performance. Virtually any application can be taken care of with Kenway’s valves.

Kenway Composites designs FRP cover systems by custom engineering, fabricating, and installing fiberglass tank covers for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. We can design fiberglass tank covers suitable for any loading requirements. These requirements range from necessary climate loading such as snow and wind to seismic requirements. We can design covers to include non-slip walking surfaces as well as vehicle and heavy equipment traffic. Fiberglass tank covers can be custom engineered for any geometry or shape of a tank.
