Each year Kinship selects 18 Fellows from hundreds of applicants around the world to join our dynamic fellowship of conservation leaders. Our intensive, month-long program combines conservation leadership training with business and economic tools, while offering the opportunity to apply what you learn to an independent project. Kinship Fellows leave the program inspired by a renewed understanding of how market-based tools can improve conservation practice globally.
