The Thies First Class Cup Anemometer is designed for wind resource assessment and power performance studies at IEC 61400-12-1 Class A and B sites.

This cup anemometer was designed in response to demand for an anemometer offering pulse/frequency output and analogue voltage outputs while still consuming very little supply current.
