KLASS-Filter GmbH applications
The dirty water is pumped by the roll round pump through the "KLASS-Grobfilter", which separates bigger particles, to the "KLASS-Zyklonfilter". The dirty water is cleaned in the "Zyklonfilter". At the exit of the dirty water the contaminated water with its particles is led back to the sludge chamber. In the return flow of the dirty water there is the "Durchflussregler", which maintains a constant pressure in the "Zyklonfilter". The cleaned water is transported in to the clean water chamber and can be used again.
The filtration of the grind sewage takes place in an arrangement of procedure. If necessary, an individual designed Zyklon-container or a "Grobfilter" is associated in combination with in turn connected Zyklonfilters. Policefilter and special flow movements support the process. The size and the version of the plant depends on the customer`s demand and could be completed just as they like.
The pollution flows into the feeding tank. The optimal fill level can be controlled manually, using a switch through a fixture. The pollution is lifted upwards by the spiral over the divider pipe, which can be fitted with up to four filter columns. The solid material is concentrated and dehydrated in the spiral on the way up and released over the solid waste chute at the top. From there, it can be taken away by a conveyor. The precipitator efficiency is much higher using a very small 100μm fi lter than a filter squeezer. Pollutions with a very low initial DM can be processed too. The KLASS-Wendelfilter is used as separator or dekantor for concentration of wash-water, separation of slurry and digestate or concentration of sludge.
