Hydraulic performance and chemical resistance equivalent to any PVC sewer pipes. The EXPANDA™ system consist of a single manageable strip of PVC which is spirally wound into the existing pipeline via a patented winding machine, position in the base of an existing manhole or access chamber. The edges of the strip interlock as it is spirally wound to form a continuous water tight liner inside the host pipe. Once installed, a patented process is used to rapidly expand it to fit tightly against the wall of the host pipe. EXPANDA™ pipe provides a closed – fit structural liner to rehabilitate all types of sanitary sewer and storm water pipelines with diameter from 150 – 750 mm. The Ribline System consists of a single strip of steel reinforced HDPE which is progressively wound into the existing pipeline by the Ribline machine which is positioned in the base of the access chamber. The edged of the profile are welded together by the Ribline machine forming a continuous watertight liner. The fully encapsulated steel reinforcement is designed to provide a liner of optimum stiffness for the application. Ribline provides a structural liner to rehabilitate pipe diameters from 400 – 3000 mm. Rib Loc product and process quality is ISO 9001 certified.

The NORDIPIPE™ CIP System is a flexible solution for all portable water solutions up to PN16. NORDIPIPE™ is a multilayer polyester needled felt liner with a PE-coating. It gets impregnated with epoxy resin installed with the standard water column inversion process and cure with hot water. The end product of NORDIPIPE™ system is a fully structural pressure pipe. The system was suitable to reline all standard materials and diameter from 125 up to 1200 mm. NordiTube Technologies AB is ISO 9001 certified.

The UNILINER CIP system is a flexible solution for all application in the non – pressured pipe rehabilitation. UNILINER is a multilayer PU-coated polyester needle felt. This liner can be impregnated with polyester resin, vinyl-ester resin or epoxy resin. And installed and cured with the standard water column inversion process. The end product of the UNILINER system is a fully structural pipe. The system is suitable to reline all standard materials and pipe diameter range from 100 up to 1200 mm. Compact Pipe provides the old existing pipeline with a new close-fitting pipe inside the old one. The new Compact Pipe fully takes over the function of the existing pipeline. The main components of the main system is the pipe, made from regular high quality Polyethylene, it is supplied in continuous length, wound on sturdy metal drums. The pipe is folded along its length into a C-shape. This pipe can easily be inserted into the existing pipeline. On site the pipe is taken directly from the drum, which for that purpose usually is held by a dispensing unit on a trailer. The winch cable can be connected to the pulling head fixed to the Compact Pipe.

Is a well-established method for trench less replacement of water pipe, storm water and sewer pipes. An existing pipe is replaced size-for-size or up-sized with a new pipe in the same location. The technique is the most cost effective when there are few lateral connections, when the old pipe is structurally deteriorated, and when additionally capacity is needed.
