UniCAD from adaptronic converts CAD wiring data quickly and error-free with just a few clicks and automatically carries out a plausibility check. UniCAD is a converter for wiring data and converts CAD data into test data that can be further processed. This automated process using UniCAD is up to 80% faster than manual entry. The software can be used as a stand-alone solution or integrated directly into NT Control. UniCAD is compatible with all common CAD exporters as well as Excel, CSV, ANSI, and ASCII formats. The converter also processes large amounts of data as a batch and extensive wiring lists, including special types such as splices, open wire ends, and connector lists. The built-in plausibility checks and full transparency make quality assurance easier.

With its graphical user interface, the NT Control software simplifies the programming and testing of adaptronic``s NT series of wiring testers. NT Control reliably and transparently manages testing jobs on adaptronic``s NT series of wiring testers. It enables precise testing and checking of electrical connections, components, and much more through a convenient test and programming environment. The software allows employees to compile and process data, as well as create and execute test sequences – even without any programming knowledge. NT Control also helps with troubleshooting during the test and creates informative error lists and individual error messages that can be used internally and externally. NT Control can also import existing data from other systems. In wiring harness production, NT Control thus ensures high production quality.

The OPC UA software enables central automation and monitoring of test processes of various wiring testers and can be integrated into an existing system landscape. OPC UA enables seamless connectivity and digitalization of your wiring test machines with central monitoring and control of all cable testers – locally or worldwide. In production, test programs can be automatically loaded using OPC UA in just-in-time production, or by means of an MES interface.Interconnecting the entire production process, intelligent automation, and flexibility in selecting the safety level ensure quality control of the entire production process. OPC UA offers easy traceability and real-time insights into production processes from single testing steps to the entire production chain.
