Solid substrates such as maize, GPS, grass silage, solid and poultry manure are stored, processed and fed in solid form into the digester below the liquid level. With a BIOMISCHER in combination with our biomass screws, a biogas plant can be fed evenly and reliably. With us, you get your feeding technology from a single source. The base container is made of stainless steel as standard. Optionally, the top part, the mixing screw and its blades can also be supplied in stainless steel. This ensures low wear: rust-free, low-maintenance and robust.

This solid feedin unit is particularly suitable for systems with which high proportions of maize silage are to be conveyed. With a biomass dosing unit in combination with our biomass screws, a biogas plant can be evenly fed by one of our solid matter dosing units. The botom part is made of stainless steel as standard. This ensures low wear and tear.

We offer complete dosing systems with receiving hopper, bread crusher, conveyor technology and feeding systems. Our bread crusher has a width of 2.6m, is 1.4m deep and the filling height is approx. 2.5m.

We offer Jolk pallet racks with lengths of 1800, 2700 and 3600 mm: In the 1800 mm long uprights of the racks you store 2 EURO- pallets, in the 2700 mm long rack uprights 3 EURO-pallets and in the 3600 mm long rack uprights 4 EURO-pallets without overhang next to each other.
