Pumpe - Model BIOMISCHER -Solid Substrates
Solid substrates such as maize, GPS, grass silage, solid and poultry manure are stored, processed and fed in solid form into the digester below the liquid level. With a BIOMISCHER in combination with our biomass screws, a biogas plant can be fed evenly and reliably. With us, you get your feeding technology from a single source. The base container is made of stainless steel as standard. Optionally, the top part, the mixing screw and its blades can also be supplied in stainless steel. This ensures low wear: rust-free, low-maintenance and robust.

The BIOMISCHER has mixing and dosing screws equipped with knives. The mixing screw works up the material to such an extent that the screw conveyor system can process it. The clearing rail with plastic plain bearing prevents bridging by rotation above the screw discharge. The screw speed is 8-12 rpm. With this speed, a conditional mixing process is possible in the lower section of the Biomixer. Different sized mixing screws are available depending on the material.
The drive is provided by robust geared motors with a downstream cardan shaft and planetary angular gear. A shear bolt coupling is integrated in the drive train as a safeguard. A frequency converter can be used to increase the speed to such an extent that an intensified mixing process is possible. The consistency of the fed substrates has a decisive influence on the duration of the mixing process. Optimum operation is guaranteed with chopped renewable raw material.
The mixing screws inside the BIOMISCHER transfer the substrate to the screw conveyor mounted below the BIOMISCHER. This ensures a constant feed rate. Optionally, the material can also be discharged via an outlet opening on the front side with a gate valve. The gate valve can be operated mechanically or hydraulically.
A weighing device with control technology ensures quantity control. A wide range of displays and computer controls are available. Communication of the weighing system and control with external controls is provided as standard.
The units can be delivered ready to plug in with complete electrical control. Only the main supply line has to be connected on site. This ensures fast plant installation.
We convey biomass to the fermenters in a variety of ways. Our range includes screw conveyors with capacities of up to 23 m³/h, but we can also offer solutions for any requirement.
Our biomixers can also be combined with other feed systems on request.
