KONZ FILTER produces and supplies monofilament polyester filter mesh with a wide range of mesh counts and significant advantages compared with traditional polyester woven mesh.

Nylon Filter Mesh is made of mono-filament PA6 or PA66 yarn/thread (1:1 weaving method, plain weave), which is ideal for straining, sieving or filtering most liquids, powders or sludges; The term ‘Mono-filament’ means that each thread used in the construction of the cloth is a single smooth solid strand instead of many smaller diameter threads twisted together, as in a spun or multi-filament material. These mono-filament threads are perfectly round in section and are extruded to very precise and uniform diameters.

The Stainless Steel Hardware Mesh Filter bags are constructed using a woven stainless steel fabric. Each thread is a single filament, providing excellent strength with no fibre migration.

KONZ Filters manufacuture and supply PE mesh filter bags, PP mesh bags and Nylon PA mesh with different microns and pattern. Besides the standard size like #1 filter bag and #2 Liquid filter bags, other dimensions can be customized according to customers requirements.

PP Mesh Liquid Filter bag is made of an extremely strong material with precise weaving to ensure consistent aperture/pore sizes. It is reusable in many applications. Polypropylene mesh is one of the most widely used material. PP mesh filter bag is widely used in strong or weak alkali, for liquid filtration. PP Mesh Filter Bags are available in micron ratings from 5 to 1500 microns.

Cartridge filters are large Diamete that are used to clean air stream with low to moderate grain loading, while minimizing the footprint of the Dust Collector.  The Cartridge Filter has a high cloth area relative to the filter’s height due to the pleated filtration media.  The Cartridge Filter can be used in gas stream up to moderator temperature, depending on the filtration media and potting compound used to retain the pleats’ structure.

Pleated filter bags can have 2-3 times the filtration media over traditional bags. Significant reduction in air-to-coth ratios allows for excellent dust release, increased airflows and reduced differential pressure during operation.
