Konz - Polyester High Strengh Filament Air Slide Cloth

Ourmultilayer fabrics are designed to provide flexibility, abrasion resistace and the high poroisty required for fluidization. We provide both air slide belts and fluidizing panels. Panels are offered in many shapes, including circular, trapzoid, conical and rectangular.

Both polyester and aramide fabric for air slide application is made by Testori, with maximum process temperatures up to 180°C. All air slide fabric are engineered to provide optimal air distribution while minimizing pressure drop to save energy.

2. Good air permeability, uniform and stable airflow.
3. Good tensile strength, heat resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. Low energy consumption, long service life, reliable operation and minimal maintenance.
5. High-strength polyester filament breathable sheet has higher strength, wear resistance and lower elongation at break than polyester yarn breathable sheet.

The Polyester Filament Air Slide Fabric is mainly used as a supporting product for air chute and storage funnel, and is used for pneumatic conveying of powder materials and granular materials in cement, thermal power plants, alumina, carbon black, bauxite, metallurgy, soda ash, gypsum, flour and other industries, and uniform loading and unloading.
