KRACHT - High-Pressure Gear Motors KM with Active Axial Play Compensation
KRACHT GmbH offers high-pressure external gear motors KM, designed for use under the most demanding operating conditions due to their construction and materials. The primary components include a highly stressed housing and flange cover that are resistant to pressure peaks and continuous vibrations. These gear motors feature a displacement range of 5.5 to 300 cm³ per revolution and can operate within a media temperature range of -20 to 150°C and withstand pressures up to 400 bar. Applications include both mobile and stationary systems such as construction and agricultural machinery, municipal and special-purpose vehicles. Additional options include ATEX versions, motor-pump aggregates, and radial and axial force-absorbing bearing supports. They are suitable for fan and auxiliary drive systems, mobile fluid transport when paired with a pump, and various valve functions enabled by modular design. Noise optimization is also available, with valve options including pressure relief and proportional speed control valves.
KRACHT - Gear Flow Divider for Hydraulic Systems
The gear flow divider is a hydraulic component used for efficient distribution of pressure and flow within a system. It divides or sums a total volumetric flow evenly or in a fixed division ratio, irrespective of the consumer pressures. With a displacement volume range of 5.5 to 25 cm³/rev and an operating medium temperature up to 90°C, this component can withstand continuous pressures up to 250 bar. It is particularly suited for mobile and stationary systems, including construction and agricultural machinery, municipal and specialty vehicles. The robust construction and proven design make it a reliable solution for diverse division tasks. Optional features include pressure relief valves and the capability to couple multiple KM motors, accommodating up to six motors. The high-pressure gear pump KP, designed by KRACHT GmbH, is primarily utilized in oil hydraulic systems for demanding applications. The KP pumps provide options for shaft sealing, notably using radial shaft seals, and come with various valve options including pressure relief valves. Multi-stage configurations of KP pumps, such as combinations with multiple pumps, can achieve high performance while minimizing installation space. KRACHT - Modular Standard Gear Pump
In the standard version, the housing parts are made of gray cast iron. The gears are made of high-strength case-hardened steel, hardened and mounted in special multi-material bearing bushes. In the standard version, the drive shaft is sealed by a radial shaft seal. All sizes are designed with helical gearing. This, in conjunction with a special gear geometry, results in extremely low noise levels and low pressure pulsation.

KRACHT - Gear Type Flow Meters for Painting Technology
The measuring mechanism of the KRACHT Volume counter VCL0.1 for painting technology consists of a pair of gear wheels driven by fluid flow in accordance with the principle of operation of a gear motor. The measuring mechanism bearing system comprises radial and axial bearings. The sensor system is separated from the measuring compartment; there is no contact with the medium. The motion of the gear wheels is scanned by a magnetoresistive sensor. The KRACHT VCL0.1 Volume counter are supplied with gear wheels and bearings coated with a hard material surface. An Explosion proof versions for the VCL0.1 is available.
