KWS - Model SUW - Static Lifter Scale
If the weight of the contents of waste containers on the embankment is to be determined, a bulk scale is the right solution. The measuring prisms are adapted to the bed, regardless of whether it is a comb or arm bed, divided or beam bed. The weight value of the poured medium is displayed on the on-board computer (weighing terminal) and recorded on the printer. A loading of up to max. 2 tons. The inclination sensor corrects the weight value if it is tilted without the scale switching off.
KWS - Model DYWA - Dynamic Bulk Weigher
The dynamic scales from KWS are used as part of the garbage dump to determine the filling quantity of 2-wheel and 4-wheel refuse bins. Weighing takes place during the normal emptying process and does not affect the workflow. Manual or separate operation of the weighing system is not necessary. The weight is determined dynamically and fully automatically in the background. Optionally, an RFID reader can be integrated into the bulk material to be able to assign the weighed weight to the listed owner of the garbage can. The data (weight and RFID number) can be sent to the office via GPRS or an existing vehicle computer for billing - or in the simplest case, simply stored on an SD card.
KWS - Tail Lift Scale - Loading Area Scale
Platform scale for Loading board wall LBWW and loading area LFW. If pallets, lattice boxes, containers or general cargo are to be weighed directly on the truck, a loading board or loading area scale is the right solution. The force transducers are integrated in the loading board wall scales or in the loading area. A loading of up to max. 2 tons.
KWS - Crane Scales
Subsequent cabling of a load cell on vehicle cranes is extremely complex and rarely desired. Many moving parts place high demands on the long-term flexibility of cables. Solutions in which power supply and signal lines have to be wired often lead to regular service cases with considerable costs for repairs. Not so with a wireless crane scale. The calibratable, wireless weighing system for mobile cranes works independently with its own power supply from an easily exchangeable, rechargeable battery.
KWS - Skip Loader Scale
Vehicle-mounted weighing systems are often a deeply integrated part and can only be installed during the construction of the vehicle in a cost-optimized manner. In addition, there are weighing applications on moving parts, some of which are subject to high mechanical loads, such as Cranes and skimmers. Solutions in which power supply and signal lines have to be wired often lead to regular service cases with considerable costs for repairs. Not so with a KWS wireless scale. The wireless weighing system developed by us works independently with its own power supply from a rechargeable battery.
KWS - Model ULK - Axle Load Balance
ÜLK is a vehicle system for payload optimization, overload protection and load distribution for use in vehicles with steel spring suspension or air suspension systems or a combination of the two spring systems. It only deals with the two currently supported sensor types for use in a truck weighing system: Wheel aligners that measure the spring travel in mechanically sprung systems. Pressure transducers for use in air suspension systems. Various system options can be made with either the above sensors or a combination of both to support the known landing gear configurations.
KWS - Model ARK - Roll-off Container Scales
With a roll-off container scale, the container is weighed directly on site at the customer`s facility. Thanks to our installation system, the overall height of your truck remains unchanged. The information on the body scales applies in principle. It is approved up to 40 tons.
KWS - Model BID - Container Identification System
Approx. 15% of all household tons are not officially recorded, ie emptying is not offset. Different types of fill can be equipped with the identification system. Depending on customer requirements, the programming is carried out system-specifically. A small barrel is hung on the comb, a large one on the folding arm. The transponder is read by means of a sensor. If this is recognized, the bin is poured. If no transponder or a foreign transponder is read, pouring is stopped and the bin must be set down. The data are output at the interface of the BSU and can then be processed. It is also possible to manually empty bins without a transponder. Our BDE-compliant transponder systems comply with international standards and work according to the read only principle.
KWS - Model ABW1 - Construction Scale
If the contents of silo vehicles, unloading tippers, skip dumpers and garbage trucks are to be weighed, then a construction scale is the right solution. The structure is fixedly connected to the weighing cells. These are mounted on the truck frame. 3 to 16 weighing cells can be installed (technically feasible). The container is placed on the weighing cells. The weighing system is susceptible to shock and does not need any fixation, i.e. It is not necessary to detach a detent to weigh. This means that you can drive and weigh without having to manipulate the weighing system. The LCD weight display (weighing terminal) and the delivery note printer are located in the cab or control panel. This allows you to conveniently read the quantities of a product that has been delivered or accepted. Acknowledge the weighing process by pressing the print button.
