ACTIFLO CARB is equipped with a contact tank that utilizes powdered activated carbon for the adsorption of non-flocculable organic matter, taste and odor compounds, pesticides and emerging micro-pollutants. The operating characteristics of ACTIFLO® CARB are identical to those of ACTIFLO®, providing it with the features of a rapid yet high performance treatment process, ensuring the production of very high quality water.

ACTIFLO® Disc is a polishing solution designed to achieve high removal levels of suspended solids and phosphorus in municipal and industrial wastewater for water reuse.

Actiflo Duo is a two in one ready-to-use system designed to adjust to substantial fluctuations in wastewater flows to be treated. Actiflo Duo can operate as a Multiflo® format (or conventional lamella clarifier) in times of low flow, such as in dry weather, or as an Actiflo®, i.e. coagulation/flocculation and settling ballasted with microsand in times of high flow, such as in wet weather. This high operational flexibility in treatment operation is also especially important in managing excess flows during periods of heavy rainfall.

Designed to reduce the amount of sludge produced and related water losses, Actiflo® HCS (for High Concentration Sludge) is an Actiflo system equipped with an outside recycling loop.

Veolia has developed a complete range of pre-engineered and standardized ACTIFLO® units for the treatment of drinking water, process water as well as municipal and industrial wastewater and reuse. Depending on the configuration and application, ACTIFLO package unit treatment capacities can be as high as 2,500 m3/h.

The pre-engineered Actiflo® Pack (MINI series) is a very compact standard package plant for drinking water treatment, municipal wastewater treatment as well as industrial process water and wastewater treatment and reuse.
