KTI slurry generators are used when fish or other foodstuffs need to be cooled very quickly. Also in process cooling, as ice slurry can be pumped through a network of pipes. KTI ice slurry systems convert salt water or a brine solution into ice slurry by passing solid ice crystals in supercooled liquid. Thus, the ice slurry is typically a mixture of ice crystals within a liquid phase such as brine, salt water or even other food liquids. The temperature of the ice slurry is about -3 °C.

KTI transport ice storage systems (TIS) perform two important functions. First, they store and cool ice in the refrigerated container. Secondly, they can be used to transport ice from A to B. The ice is discharged manually. The ice is discharged manually.

Likewise, cold air is generated in parallel in summer and hot air in winter for silo cooling or heating. KTI containerized water chiller plants are used in the cooling of concrete to provide addition water at 3 - 5 °C. Likewise, KTI chillers are used in the production of food and beverages - to cool processes. For example, drinking water can be brought to the required temperature before bottling. A third area of application is the supply of cooling water to machines.
