Allows for off-site fuel system monitoring using your mobile device. When you`re not on location, our new KGSM8 Remote Monitoring system gives you piece-of-mind. It will inform you how your fuel system is doing and allow you to control its operation from a mobile device. A customizable system, it can even be configured to provide control of engine room environmental systems, surveillance cameras, lights, cold weather fuel heaters, or anything else that can be set up with a digital signal output.

An additional level of system control, the optional Electrical Filter Switch (EFS) system allows the user manual or automatic switching of filters on the MK60D or MK60DP dual filter systems. This allows the user to quickly switch to a clean filter on the fly with the flip of a switch if a warning alarm is sounded. This give you time to clean the clogged filter once your are in a safer location or situation.

Connects a mobile device to a remote terminal device (RTU) to control or monitor multiple devices. This allows the operator to monitor the online filer warning system, activate automatic switching, schedule fuel polishing and other controls remotely from your mobile device so you can eliminate fuel problems while away and before they
happen.

The KWD1224 water detector provides remote warning if the online filter bowl has more than 5 ounces of water in the bowl.  The warning panel has both LED indication and an audible alarm. The audible alarm can be muted for convenience after the alarm has sounded.

Our manifolds make it simple to connect multiple tanks  supply and return fuel circuits. Our manifolds are anodized 6061 aluminum with 3/8” brass ball valves. Optional in brass or stainless steel, as well as additional sizes.

A clogged primary filter is the most common problem a boat operator will experience when cruising and normally results with the engine shutting down without warning. This requires the operator to change out the dirty filter, prime and bleed the air out of the system. This can be a difficult task for even the most experienced operator.

The dual filter package comes complete with the FilterBOSS COMMANDER mounted on a pre-drilled panel with two Racor 500MA filters and the integrated Walboro fuel pump. The filters and pump are connected with stainless steel tubing and tested for leaks. All the installer needs to do is mount the dual filter package, connect the fuel inlet and outlet lines, install the early warning panel and connect the pre-assembled wiring harness.

The dual filter package comes complete with the FilterBOSS COMMANDER mounted on a pre-drilled panel with two Racor 900MA filters and the integrated Carter fuel pump. The filters and pump are connected with stainless steel tubing and tested for leaks. All the installer needs to do is mount the dual filter package, connect the fuel inlet and outlet lines, install the early warning panel and connect the pre-assembled wiring harness

The dual filter package comes complete with the FilterBOSS COMMANDER mounted on a pre-drilled panel with two Racor 1000MA filters and the integrated Reverso fuel pump. All the installer needs to do is mount the dual filter package, connect the fuel inlet and outlet lines, install the early warning panel and connect the pre-assembled wiring harness. The filters and pump are connected with stainless steel tubing and tested for leaks. The fuel pump is mounted in front of the filters to save space.
