The entirely new design makes the forth Profi generation extremely light-weight and flexible in use. The operating panel can be adapted according to the working position of the operator. For certain steps of operation the panel can even be used independently from the basic device. Despite its compact size two reels or one cable drum can be attached to Profi 4 for transport. When being attached the reel is in the ideal position for operation.

The always upright HD image with a format of 1:1 guarantees the optimal orientation during inspection. The brightness is adapted according to the lighting conditions, thus ensuring an ideal illumination of the pipe. Of course, both brightness and focus can also be controlled manually. Via joystick the camera can easily be bent from a straight position up to a 90° angle, ensuring that nearly all laterals from DN100 to DN200 can be moved into. Even 90° bends are smoothly navigated by the camera from DN125 and up. The camera can be operated in a view-mode, in which only the front joint is moved and the image is additionally panned and tilted digitally. Thus damages and pipe joints can be surveyed in detail. Operating CamFlex HD with Profi 3+ or Profi 4, the pipe run is measured continuously. Out of these data a three-dimensional model of the pipe network is created.

The pan and tilt camera K-60 HD is suitable for pipes of DN80 and up. Due to its design the camera navigates bends smoothly and easily. K-60 HD rotates endless and pans +/- 120°. Thanks to the flashed LED the HD image with a format of 1:1ist extremely crisp and clear. The camera is equipped with two laser diodes for measuring the pipe‘s dimension as well as the width of cracks. The integrated locating transmitter allows a precise detection of the camera during inspection.

K-50 HD is suitable for pipes of DN70 and up. The flashing LEDs guarantee perfect illumination and crisp, clear images. The 1:1 format is ideal for the mainly circular pipes. The digital pan and tilt function allows for a detailed inspection that has never been possible with an axial camera before. The integrated locating transmitter enables the operator to locate the camera at any time during the inspection.

EASY HD is small and lightweight, perfect for indoor and outdoor inspections. However, Easy is extremely robust and with a high-quality construction. Aluminium side plates give the device stability and non-slip rubber base ensures a secure stand. With a total weight of less than 15 kg and an extra wide carrying handle, it can be transported effortlessly to any location. The small footprint of only 27 x 47 cm allows the device to be used even in very confined spaces. Equipped with the K-28 HD and K-50 HD cameras, all pipes normally found in a building can be inspected. The range of applications extends from DN 40 to DN 200.

Profi 3+ is the ideal equipment for any kind of inspection task from a quick snapshot to a georeferenced 3D project. Due to its compatibility with all Kummert crawlers and the entire range of push cameras, pipes with diameters from 40 mm up to 800 mm can be inspected.

This basic device is a compact model and, like its big brother CamMobile Profi II, it is compatible with all CamMobile reels and camera heads. The basic unit also contains an elaborate software according the Kummert type, can be operated easily without keyboard or mouse and records the damage including the text flash on a memory card. The software already contains the catalogue of codes for damage according ATV, as well as the software for the measuring of the nominal diameter to the new K-70L.
