Designed and built by the industry leaders in space simulation testing, our Cylindrical TVAC system meets NASA GSFC-STD-7000 standards for vacuum bake-out, temperature margins, outgassing, and data collection for pre-launch qualifications.

LACO’s Series CC Vacuum Chambers feature a cube design and rugged cast acrylic construction. Series CC vacuum chambers can achieve vacuum performance down to 0.1 Torr with the appropriate vacuum pump. Standard chamber configuration includes three ports: vacuum, vent, and gauge. Options include chambers with 12″ and 20″ cube inside dimensions along with options for top loading (hinged and removable lids), side loading versions. 

The TITAN VERSA C (Compact) with external, user-supplied pump, is an incredibly powerful and versatile helium leak detector based on an innovative and proven core technology. It is lightweight, mobile, and flexible. It is most commonly mounted on a maintenance cart or integrated into a production leak test system. Typical applications include production system integration, service cart mounted for maintenance environments, and field service applications.

A global manufacturer of HVAC Components required a turnkey helium leak test system that incorporated easy loading and unloading of parts, and a cycle time of 2-3 minutes per part. LACO’s team of engineers designed a compact system consisting of a cylindrical chamber mounted in a ruggedized mobile cart, a TITAN VERSA helium leak detector, an ATLAS leak test process controller and a robust pump package. The custom leak test system provides the customer with the mobility needed while maintaining their cycle time requirement.
