Lear Siegler Australasia Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company which specialises in the engineering design, integration, supply, maintenance and operation of environmental monitoring equipment and systems. The company was established in 1975 as a division of Lear Siegler Inc. (LSI) in Santa Monica, California USA, to introduce to a range of equipment manufactured by LSI for analysis of stack gas and ambient air to Australia. The equipment was intended to be used for control of combustion efficiency, for measurement and control of emission of pollutants and also for measurement of pollution in ambient air.
