Pneumatic atomizing nozzles are available in various designs to comply with specific spray and flow requirements: Self-aspiration (siphon principle) Supply of liquid from a vessel located at a higher level (gravity principle) Supply of liquid under pressure (pressure principle) Mixing of fluids inside or outside the nozzle Full cone or flat fan spray pattern For many applications, adjustability of liquid flow and, thereby, of the droplet size, is possible with the aid of manually operated accessory components. A pneumatically controlled piston allows to perform automatic or intermittent operations. A number of special customized designs complete the nozzle range.

Two types of hollow cone nozzles – the axial-flow hollow cone nozzles and the tangential-flow hollow cone nozzles – are available for selection:
A decision is made between axial hollow-cone nozzles and tangential-flow hollow-cone nozzles. With the axial hollow-cone nozzles, the liquid is supplied axially. With the tangential-flow hollow-cone nozzles, a tangential liquid inlet into the swirl chamber of the nozzle causes the liquid to be atomised to rotate.

It is differentiated between axial full cone nozzles and tangential full cone nozzles. Axial full-cone nozzles achieve a uniform distribution of liquid over a circular area. Tangential full cone nozzles work without swirling and are therefore particularly non-clogging.

Lechlerflat fan nozzlesstand for uniform liquid and distribution. Particularly high energy jets are generated with spray angles up to 60°. Nozzles with small flow rates are especially suited for humidifying and spraying in general. The flow geometry of the nozzle allows to produce accurate, compact jets, available with different distribution patterns.

Tank cleaning nozzles can be used for both small and large tanks and are available as both rotating and static sprays. It makes a distinction between rotating cleaning nozzles and static spray balls.

The HP valve range can be used to atomize a wide variety of liquids. All parts that come into contact with liquids are made of stainless steel, thereby complying with EC 1935/2004 and FDA regulations.

Ideal for efficient application of low-viscosity, easily atomizable liquids in the smallest quantities.

Nozzle valves in the VarioSpray II range can effi ciently atomize the most miniscule liquid volumes. Their size makes these valves ideal for use in tight spaces. VarioSpray II is also available in a food version that complies with EC 1935/2004 and FDA regulations.
