Lechler’s capabilities include the engineering design and fabrication of Descale headers to optimize scale removal. Lechler’s descaling headers can be as simple as a pipe with nozzle bases welded in place or as elaborate as a complete enclosure with headers, guards, strip guides and scale removal equipment. Designing and fabricating descaling headers require more than pipe welding skills. Our engineers understand the critical elements that become part of each header design:
