Nitrogen - Nitro 50

Leman - Model NITRO50 L - Ultra-High-Purity Nitrogen Generator

LEMAN Instruments designed the NITRO50L product line of Ultra-High-Purity Nitrogen to fit almost any type of application that needs an independent supply of pure Nitrogen close to the consumer in an elegant, compact laboratory casing with a full-color touchscreen. Compressed air is first filtered from particulates to 5µm and dried by a static dryer. Based on the field-proven Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, Nitrogen is extracted from a set of filters filled with CMS. After the extracting process, N2 passes through a buffer and is filtered of remaining particulates down to 0.01µm; finally, the output pressure is regulated electronically to the set value, between 0.5 and 7 bar.

Leman - Model NITRO50 LS - Nitrogen Generator

LEMAN Instruments designed the NITRO50LS product line of Nitrogen Generator to fit almost any application that needs a high flow of dry and ultra-pure Nitrogen (> 99.9995%) in a laboratory environment. Dry and clean compressed Air, supplied by an external source, is first filtered from particulates to 5µm. Based on the field-proven Smart Pressure Swing Adsorption (SPSA) technology, Nitrogen is extracted from a set of filters filled with high-efficiency CMS. After the extracting process, N2 is filtered of remaining particulates down to 0.01 µm, and pressure is regulated electronically to the set value, between 0.5 and 7 bar (7 to 102 psig).
