LESNI designs and supplies a range of wet scrubbers for waste gas treatment, process gas release, vacuum processes, and general waste air vent extraction applications. All gas scrubbers are generally fully automated to control pH dosing, level and waste handling, with high performance efficiency to meet current legislations.

Activated carbon is used as an adsorbent from LESNI for more than 28 years for various contaminants for air purification. It is in operation e.g. for VOC’s, inorganic carbon compounds and odors to reduce concentration to required levels – legal legislations - but also for recovery of some substances. These adsorbers are used for different applications, such as production processes and manufacturing operations to control emissions, odor abatement in sewage treatment plants (STP) just as well treatment of sewage- and biogas.

LESNI offers complete purification systems for solvent recovery on activated carbon, VOC removal and odour control. Solutions are generally designed around requirement and total capital as well as operating costs. Various activated carbon and zeolite grades are offered; these are purposely developed and marketed by LESNI for activated drums, single pass VOC filter and large containers for treating high concentrations and low level emissions and odours. Also fully automated singular and multiple adsorbers for the recovery of solvents and purification of VOC are available.

LESNI delivers tailormade dust filters for removing soot, tar, smoke, fine dust particles, droplets and particulates as part of total air purification solution. The dust filters are typically placed in the air duct system upstream of the waste air treatment plant, designed according to the needs and requirement of your process.

LESNI has extensive experience in the design and supply of air and liquid thermal oxidisers which safely and effectively destroy waste air laden with solvents from a diverse range of industries. We design and supply turnkey packages including catalytic oxidisers, regenerative oxidisers with two, three or five canister oxidisers, as well as waste to energy incinerators. The thermal oxidisers use the principle of thermal combustion to convert airborne Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and genreal solvents into carbon dioxide and water vapour. The purification efficiency is designed to exceed 99+%, with very little consumption of energy, due to the high thermal efficiency and heat recovery of the system.

LESNI`s combined CFC and VOC recovery plant provides the ultimate integrated solution for purifcation of ozone depleting substances. The package generally consists of several purification steps upstream of a selective catalytic abator with a tail end chemical scrubber in a compact, but favourable and economical approach to onsite recovery.

The complete purification solution using activated carbon. LESNI designs and builds fully automated single and multiple activated carbon bed adsorption plants. This facilitates the recovery of chemicals by steam regeneration for mixed VOC and individual high value solvents. The purification process includes efficient cleaning of the plume generated by the drying air as well the pure separation of liquid recovered waste.
