The tempering process includes heating and cooling steps to give pressure stress to the outer surfaces of the glass on the horizontal line and an indirect tensile stress to the middle of the glass. Fully tempered glass is approximately 5 times more durable than unprocessed glass; It is suitable for use as a safety glass because it breaks down in the size of a membrane and reduces the risk of injury. Technically, thermal tempering is carried out by heating the glass in a special oven (1150 ° F / 621 ° C) and then cooling it quickly by blowing air from both surfaces. It is a type of glass that is formed by pressing two or more plates of glass under heat and pressure with the help of a coloured or transparent special layer called PVB (Polyvinyl butyral). It is a glass unit formed by combining dry air suitable or heavy gases such as Argon Krypton and Xenon under factory conditions between two or more glasses.
