LI-COR - Eddy Covariance Processing Software

EddyPro® Software is a powerful open source software application that computes fluxes of carbon dioxide, water vapor, methane, and energy with the eddy covariance method. With just a few clicks, you can process lengthy data sets in the LI-COR GHG file format. EddyPro also supports other common data formats, such as ASCII (including TOA5) and binary (including TOB1) files. EddyPro is open source software developed, maintained and supported by LI-COR Biosciences. It originates from ECO2S, the Eddy COvariance COmmunity Software project, which was developed as part of the Infrastructure for Measurement of the European Carbon Cycle (IMECC-EU) research project. We gratefully acknowledge the IMECC consortium, the ECO2S development team, the University of Tuscia (Italy) and scientists around the world who assisted with development and testing of the original version of this software.

LI-COR - Eddy Covariance System

The SmartFlux System is a powerful tool for eddy covariance researchers that provide fully processed flux results in real time at the research site. The SmartFlux System is fully integrated with the LI-7550 Analyzer Interface Unit, the hub of LI-COR’s greenhouse gas and energy flux systems. It provides automated processing of raw data at the research site using EddyPro® Software, fully processed fluxes of sensible heat, latent heat, evapotranspiration, CO2, H2O, and CH4 at the site and in real time, and advanced, site-specific raw data processing (in situ spectral correction, planar fit, etc.). GPS time synchronization prevents clock drift and keeps instrument clocks in sync within and across sites.

LI-COR - Multiple Site Eddy Covariance Software

FluxSuite™ Software is a secure web service that provides real-time results and status information from your eddy covariance site. With FluxSuite Software, you can view data from multiple sites at any time and set up email notification preferences to send a message when an instrument triggers an alert. If you manage multiple stations that are geographically dispersed, you can give collaborators different levels of access to each site, Each collaborator will then only see their sites, while you can see all the sites. FluxSuite is scalable so you can add as many stations as you want, and you can view data from multiple sensors at each eddy covariance station. You can assign ten or more collaborators to your flux stations, making it easy to address any issues at a site. View summary reports on-line or download them to your computer when you want to perform an in-depth review of results from a site.

LI-COR - Soil Gas Flux Software

SoilFluxPro™ Software is a powerful application that analyzes soil gas flux data from the LI-8100A. It also computes fluxes of trace gases, including N2O, CH4, CO2 isotopologues or others, using data imported from other analyzers. With SoilFluxPro software you can easily view, graph, edit, and recompute soil gas flux data. You can create .kml files to map fluxes and atmospheric concentrations in the Google Earth™ mapping service.
