Our flagship Double Life weighbridges have a lifespan of over 50 years due to the 200 mm (8 inch) thick composite decks. Most steel decks are just 6 to 10mm plate, which wear through much quicker. The standard beams on a steel weighbridge start to corrode and rust over time. Composite Never rusts, plus we don’t use standard beams, we use Columns, the sections are much heavier, stronger and harder wearing.

The HighWeigh weighbridge is a heavy duty beam design, fabricated to the highest standards under strict quality control and factory testing. All joints are fully welded, sealing the internal structure from outside elements, while the external structure is protected with a 3 coat epoxy system. Designed for use as both a static and a portable weigh station when incorporated with our steel sub bases. The HighWeigh can be installed both Pit mounted and Surface mounted.

The Portaweigh, portable weighbridge can be installed with out civil works using the optional sub-bases, thus saving you thousands of pounds in expensive foundations. The Portaweigh can be installed on top of any pre existing hard surface. The Portaweigh’s ramps are partially built in to the weighbridge deck allowing for much smaller base ramps at just 1.5m this is a great advantage where space saving is an issue.

TW1-AX is a portable and flexible train weighing system. It allows the weighing of individual wheels, axles, wagons and trains, and can be used with almost all commonly used rail profiles and track gauges.

Depending on weighing accuracy requirements, the Trapper rail weighbridge can be used as a single base or with multi bases. This means just one base can be used to weigh each bogie set individually, or 2 bases can be installed to weigh both bogie sets simultaneously.

Libra`s EUROWASH Advanced Series heavy duty wheel washers paired with our cone tank recycling system offer unrivalled wheel washing capability. Our Advanced Plus operates automatically with no operator required by using vehicle sensors. The closed loop water recycling system utilizes 7 settlement sections and 9 filtration systems to remove dirt particles in the recycled water with a capacity of over 30,000 litres.

Libra’s portable boot wash station is a heavy-duty unit suitable for cleaning light or heavily soiled boots with its hose brush system. The units feature anti-slip-steel foot platform grids with reinforced rubber hoses with brush nozzles. The boot-wash units are available as single bay units, up to five bay models with optional disinfectant applicator available. Our boot washes simply connect to existing water mains or can be supplied with pumps and storage tanks for remote sites. Bespoke designs are available on request.
