Due to its singular qualities, the TAMICEN centrifugal screen provides high screening outputs in dry process as well as wet process in certain applications of all kinds of products, and in particular products which are not screenable by vibration due to their high content of moisture, fat or static electricity.

The Mobile filtration unit consists of a double membrane pneumatic pump, with air filter and regulating cock, bag filter, and sieves according to requirements. The complete unit is fitted on a stainless steel mobile base-frame (Siemens), equipped with wheels and a handle-bar. Inlet/outlet hosepipes are included in different materials, depending on the product to be conveyed. Different types of accessories are available, such as anti-foam damper, flow meter, pistol (manual/automatic), prefilter, etc. A mechanical pump can be mounted (helicoidal, lobular,…).

The VIBROCLASS circular vibrating screen combines the characteristics of the vibrating and rotary screens. Both are compact independent machines carrying out high precision mechanical separation processes, according to particle size, and applying the effective technique of multiplane inertial vibration. Designed and built to solve the most difficult classification, separation and dehydrating problems. It can be installed 4 screens to obtain at least 5 fractions of predetermined sizes. Can be equipped with a new generation system for automatic cleaning of the screen, with Ultrasonic waves. In this way production output is increased and sticking is avoided in cases of difficult products.

The Dissolver is a high-speed disperser with robust construction and vibration-free operation. It is the ideal equipment for all solid-liquid and liquid-liquid dispersion, mixing, dissolving and emulsifying operations with a viscosity of up to 65.000 cP. It has an electromechanical drive system with a mechanism for continuous variation of the agitator speed, which allows it to adjust to the process conditions required by each product. Models S-0 / S-1 / S-2 equipped with motors from 5.5 to 60 HP. Models S-3 / S-4 / S-5 with engines from 75 to 270 HP

The COAXIAL dissolver is a processing equipment designed for the mixing and dispersing operations of products, both liquid and with a viscosity of up to 1 million cP. They are high-throughput machines, equipped with two agitation systems, with independent motors and an adjustable speed. The central main shaft consists of a cowles-type dispersing disc with high shear power. This system is complemented by a coaxial drive blade, which turns around the vessel, pushing the product towards the vortex generated by the turbine. A scraper, usually made of PTFE, is installed at the end of the blade, adjustable to the inner diameter of the vessel, which sweeps the walls to prevent the creation of impurities. For processes that require it, this equipment can incorporate a cover prepared to work under vacuum.

The Duplex Dissolver combines two different processes: dispersing operation by means of a cowles-type disc of high speed and mixing operation through three mixing blades of slow speed movement. The slow speed blades facilitate the mixing as they force the product to pass through the cowles-type disc, thus avoiding a vortex and therefore achieving a homogeneous mixing of viscous products. The Triplex Dissolver also combines two processes: an intensive dispersion operation, in this case, using two cowles-type disc of high speed and a mixing operation by means of a loop anchor-type of slow speed.

Micromix is a very versatile equipment that can be applied to a wide range of processes and products to work with. The main characteristic and the basic difference regarding other agitators, is the intense shearing produced by the rotor/stator turbine. This turbine also combines a double action (mixing and shearing) on the product as it passes through the head. Therefore it achieves a reduction in the size of slightly soluble solids without lumps or gets uniform and stable water-based emulsions of fatty products.

The stand agitators are dispersion units prepared for mounting on different supports depending on the location required for the process: it can be fixed to a wall, column or floor or have a mobile support. They are designed to effectively resolve mixing, dissolution, dispersion and homogenisation operations, depending on the type of turbine that is installed. Depending on the process, it can be installed high shear cowles discs, marine propellers, rotor/stator heads, axial, radial, folding blade axial, etc. Three series are available: the AGL series, with a light support for wall installation and designed for the preparation of small batches of 25 to 300 L; the AGM series, with a more robust support for anchoring on wall and floor and designed for batches of 250 to 700 L depending on the product and viscosity; and the ACM series, installed on mobile supports (dimensions according to need) with wheels and handle to move the agitator.
