Dissolver Duplex & Triplex

The Duplex Dissolver combines two different processes: dispersing operation by means of a cowles-type disc of high speed and mixing operation through three mixing blades of slow speed movement. The slow speed blades facilitate the mixing as they force the product to pass through the cowles-type disc, thus avoiding a vortex and therefore achieving a homogeneous mixing of viscous products. The Triplex Dissolver also combines two processes: an intensive dispersion operation, in this case, using two cowles-type disc of high speed and a mixing operation by means of a loop anchor-type of slow speed.
