Load Cell Systems products

Load Cell Systems offers the TLB din-rail or panel mounted load cell transmitter,  optional analog output current: 0-20 A, 4-20mA and voltage: +/-10V, +/-5V.  Standard wtih RS485 digital output (Modbus RTU / ASCII protocol) for communications with a PLC or remote display.  The 5V excitation can drive up to 8 (350Ω) load cells through a junction box.  The TLB is ideal for system integrators, the din-rail mounted device is compact taking up little room in electrical panels.  The Fieldbus options allows communications to large industrial networks.

Load cell tester model H7000 is a precision instrument designed to test 4 or 6 wire strain gage load cells.  It also serves as a highly accurate mV/V load cell indicator or load cell display reading in LB, KG and other various units.  This load cell tester is a benchtop device with a tilt stand, also has an internal battery for field use by scale technicians.

Load Cell Systems SIM-4 load cell simulator is the perfect tool for setting up, troubleshooting, or pre-calibrating a  load cell scale system.  The SIM-4 has 11 calibrated mV/V output steps (0-3mV/V) with an accuracy of 0.05%.  Other features are the ability for vernier fine adjustment useful for testing setpoints, and able to choose from 1, 2, 3, 4, or 8 load cells to correctly load the load cell instruments power supply. A load cell simulator is a must have troubleshooting tool for scale technicians, whether in the field or working at the bench.
