Sensor - Load Cells - Button Load Cell

Model RSB5 - Subminiature Load Cell

The RSB5 subminiature load cells have good accuracy and stability for use in compression. They are available in 10 lb, 50 lb, and 100 lb capacities, with diameters less than 10 mm and height as low as the 3.5 mm. The RSB5 load cell is equivalent to the Honeywell Model 13 sub-miniature load cell as well as the Wika model F1222 load cell.

Model REB5 - Button Load Cell

The REB5 is a much more economical sub-miniature resistive load cell than the tiny RSB5 load cells with decent accuracy and stability for use in compression force measurement applications with very little room for a sensor. They are available in a diameter less than 13 mm and height as low as as 7 mm. The base output from these load cells is about 1 mV/V to 2 mV/V. So if you supply 10V DC power to the load cell, you get about 10 to 20 millivolt of change for full scale. You can get USB output with our DI-100U or DI-1000U load cell interface, Wireless Output with our DI-1000ZP/DI-1000WiFi/DI-1000BLE load cell interfaces or analog 0-5 V DC output with our AI-1000 strain gauge signal conditioner.

Model DS-3000-Pro - Touch Screen Display

DS-3000-Pro is a versatile and simple touch screen LCD display that can be used with any of our USB or Wireless BLE load cell solutions. The DS-3000-Pro when powered up launches straight into an application that shows available connected USB load cells or Load Cell + USB/wireless BLE Interface pairs. A user can select the device to display values from, choose the units in which the values are to be displayed (lbs, Kgs, N etc.), zero out any initial values (Tare) and start displaying force/weight information on the LCD touch screen. Values are updated at about 10 Hz for crisp and responsive updates.
