Lumigen - Model AGP-SP-2 - Heavily Glycosylated Protein
Alpha-1-acid glycoprotein (AGP) is a heavily glycosylated protein that is expressed in the liver and secreted into blood. It is a positive acute phase reactant; liver expression and serum concentrations increase as a result of injury, infection or disease. In studies at Life Diagnostics, Inc. we found that serum AGP levels increased approximately 25-fold twenty-four hours after rats were challenged with lipopolysaccharide. AGP is an excellent acute phase biomarker in rats.

Lumigen HyPerBlu Chemiluminescent Reagent is a novel ready-to-use substrate for the direct detection of hydrogen peroxide. Reaction of the substrate with hydrogen peroxide rapidly generates sustained high-intensity luminescence for maximum detection sensitivity in solution assays. Coupled with oxidases the Lumigen HyPerBlu substrate also allows one step indirect quantitation of oxidase substrates or the oxidase itself.

Lumigen SPARCL - Homogeneous Proximity Assay Technology
Lumigen SPARCL is a homogeneous proximity assay technology utilizing flash chemiluminescence detection without solid support or wash steps allowing for assays to be completed in less than 30 minutes. The SPARCL technology enables assays to be miniaturized for high throughput screening while maintaining sensitive results with good dynamic range. SPARCL can be automated and adapted for multiple applications including ELISA, protein-protein and protein-nucleic acid interactions, and high throughput binding assays.
Lumigen - Model APS-5 - Chemiluminescent Substrate for ELISA Detection
Lumigen APS-5 is a proprietary acridan based chemiluminescent substrate for ELISA detection of alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugated molecules. The unique acridan chemistry of Lumigen APS-5 provides temperature insensitive light output and more rapid peak intensity as compared to the dioxetane based AP substrates, Lumi-Phos 530 and Lumi-Phos Plus.
