Outdoor silo type B in Aluzink: The Basic-B silo is intended for free-flowing feed. The Basic silo is equipped with a 60 degree cone as standard. This type of cone will lower the silo, which may be advantageous when you want a more discrete silo at close to the stable. The Basic silo is equipped with a cyclone, which gives careful filling of the pelleted materials, and also provides good ventilation as well. This is a prerequisite for avoiding condensation in the silo.

The handling limits of the MAFA diagonal mixer mixer with regards the degree of moisture and low-percentage additives has been increased considerably compared with conventional mixers. The mixer is made from heavy-duty 1.5 mm Aluzinc sheet. Power comes from a slow-speed 4 kW worm-gear motor.

Silo sizes from 1 m3 to 85 m3. Supplied as standard in galvanized, square modules, 45^o roof, emptying hatch, cyclone and inspection flap. The cone is supplied with 45^o or 60^o slope and a sheet divider in the centre. The outlet is 300 x 300 or 500 x 500 mm fitted with two dampers.

MAFA modular silo is manufactured in sizes from 0,2 m3 to 91 m3. As standard the silo is manufactured in galvanized, square or rectangular modules easy adaptable to any need. The silo is equipped with flat roof, closing valve and inspection hatch. The silo can be delivered with or without filling tube and dust filter. The cone is delivered with 45 or 60 gr. slope. The outlet is 300 x 300 mm with shutter, or 500 x 500 mm with two shutters and a dividing sheet in the middle of the cone.
