Major Tech - AC/DC Clamp Meters

Major Tech’s AC/DC clamp meters range from 100A to 2000As. The functionality of the CATIV rated clamps are ideal for the hazardous and arduous work conditions, featuring True RMS to average reading.

Major Tech - Thermo Anemometer

The MT948 is an accurate Thermo-Anemometer that measures Air Velocity, Air Flow and Temperature. The meter is capable of measuring CMM (cubic meters/minute) or CFM (cubic feet/minute) by simply entering the area of the air source and can store 8 memory locations for both CMM and CFM for the most commonly used area sizes that the user can recall at anytime. The remote vane has a built-in temperature sensor, which simultaneously displays the wind speed and temperature on the large easy to read backlit LCD. The MT948 is ideal for monitoring commercial and domestic air conditioning systems, and is user-friendly as the operator can read the measurements while the sensor is held in the duct.

Major Tech - 1000V Digital Insulation Tester

The MT560 is a 1000V Digital Insulation Tester and  has a large dual display with a bargraph indicating the insulation resistance. This compact handheld meter has four test ranges: 125V, 250V, 500V and 1000V source for the test and under each range it can supply more than 1mA current to feed the capacitance load. The tester features AC and DC voltage ranges as well as a battery indication. Should AC voltage be present, the LCD display will indicate to the operator the AC voltage value, regardless of what range the meter is on except in the Off position. Other features include a data hold function, a bright white LED back light and a continuity buzzer.

Major Tech - 2-In-1 LAN Tester and Multimeter

The MTC50 is a 2 in 1 LAN tester and multimeter and is a newly designed and very practical tester that can easily read the correct pin configuration of 10/100 Base-T cable (Category 5), 10Base-2 cable (coax), RJ45/RJ11 modular cables, AT&T 258A, 356A, TIA-568A/568B and Token Ring cable by comparing one transmitting end to the corresponding receiving end. With the remote kit test cables can be installed over long distances either on wall plates or patch panels. It is easy to verify the cable continuity, open, short and cross-connect. The auto range digital multimeter allows the user to measure AC and DC voltage, AC and DC current, Resistance, Continuity and Diode test.

Major Tech - Bluetooth Insulation Tester and Multimeter

The MT565 is a combination of a True RMS multimeter and an Insulation Continuity tester. The MT565 measures AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle and temperature. The Low pass filter can accurately measure variable frequency drive (VFD) signals. The insulation tester offers 50V, 100V, 250V, 500V and 1000V ranges with an insulation resistance up to 5000MΩ, DAR and Auto PI functions with adjustable time setting and an auto discharge. The Low Ohm function offers a resolution of 1mA and an open circuit voltage of 5V. The meter has a 50 000 count LCD dual display with an analogue bargraph, and the CAT IV 600V rating ensures the highest level of safety. The unit offers Bluetooth communication and an internal memory to store and transfer information. The Bluetooth app is available on both Android and IOS platforms. This provides maximum versatility and a wide range of features for both trouble shooting and preventative maintenance electricians.

Major Tech - 1000V Digital Insulation Tester

The MT550 is a 1000V Digital Insulation Tester easy-to-use handheld meter and has three test voltage ranges 250V, 500V and 1000V together with two continuity ranges. Whilst doing the insulation test, the large LCD will indicate the insulation resistance together with the actual output voltage. Once the test is complete the circuit under test will be automatically discharged. The MT550 features an AC and DC voltage ranges, battery voltage indication, resistance and a continuity buzzer. If AC voltage is detected, the LCD will display the actual voltage to the user except in the off position.
