Rotary Vanes Pumps

Mapner - Model RS - Single Stage Compressors Vacuum Pump

R series single-stage compressors are used every time the working pressure is equal or below 3 bar, According to the different types. For Higher Pressures, two-stage compressors are to be CHOSEN to avoid too high outlet temperatures and to benefit of a more favourable power absorbed. Air flows Characteristics Indicated in the table are for effectiveair delivery Given Measured at atmospheric Pressures (15 ° C and 760mm Hg).

R series single-stage compressors are used every time the working pressure is equal or below 3 bar, according to the different types. For higher pressures, two-stage compressors are to be chosen to avoid too high outlet temperatures and to benefit of a more favourable power absorbed. Air flows indicated in the characteristics table are given for effectiveair delivery measured at atmospheric pressures (15°C and 760mm Hg). Discharge pressures are effective pressures (or manometric ones). G type compressors are mainly recommanded for compressing gases such as: town gas, coke plant gas, hydrogen, methane, propane, butane, Co2, ammonia, freon, etc… In these cases, sealing gland packing is adapted to ensure acomplete tightness. Waste oil lubrication combined with blades self-lubrication allows to treat solvent gases without danger for right machines operation. Please consult us for every particular case.

Side Channel Pumps

Mapner - Model CL.BV - Side Channel Pumps

The side channel blower or exhauster increases the pressure ofthe aspirated gas by the creation, in the peripheral toroidal channel,of a series of vortexes caused by the centrifugal thrust of theimpeller. Side channel blowers are suitable for all those applications requiring considerably higher pressures than that which can be achieved using centrifugal fans. Side channel exhausters are used in all those applications requiring an operating vacuum higher than the one achievable by a fan, but not as high as to require the use of a vacuum pump. The rotating parts are not in contact with the casing. There is therefore no friction during operation and thus no internal lubrication is necessary. The gas moving through the machine therefore remains uncontaminated and completely oil-free.

Mapner - Model VAC - Side Channel Pumps

Our SEM/VAC rotary piston vacuum pumps belong to the positive-displacement machines family. The symmetrical three-lobe pistons rotate in opposite directions without any surface contact. They are synchronised by means of high precision gears. During rotation at the intake stage, a space of increasing volumetric flow capacity is generated. For controlling the vacuum level and maintaining the acceptable thermal conditions in service, the machine has been fitted with an automatic overpressure valve which provides air recirculation, thus avoiding extreme differential pressures from developing in the core of the pump.

Rotary Pistons Pumps

Mapner - Model SEM - Rotary Pistons Pump

The pistons incorporation of trilobular configuration, united to specifically configuration of the inlet nozzle housing allows toobtain a progressive compression, consequently a considerable reduction of the initial pulsating effect pul. The basic concept of this design more over generates a frequency increase, thus reducing oscillation and optimising the efficacy of the exhaust silencer-frame.

Mapner - Model PRD - Rotary Pistons Pump

The PRD-series three-lobe rotary piston vacuum pumps are highly developed products which can be used in a large variety of applications where it is necessary to convey important flows while keeping vacuum levels of up to 120 Torr (abs.). Based on a pre-intake of auxiliary atmospheric air, but maintaining the basic principle of positive displacement, the operating cycle permits reaching higher vacuum levels with a single compression stage. Volumetric displacement normally ends when gas is compressed and the compression chamber of the pump opens onto the discharge mouth. Auxiliary cooling air sucked from the atmosphere enters the compression chamber before the piston head releases the fluid into the discharge pipe, thus reducing the compression chamber temperature as it builds up.

Trilobular rotary pistons are used to create a robust and efficient machine that is capable of transferring large flows at low pressures or vacuums, they are especially useful in different applications for Water Treatment, as well as in very diverse Industrial Processes (Oxygenation, Cleaning, Ovens...)
