Naltex™ Sleeving (former Flex Guard) is currently stocked in five unique styles that provide different levels of protection. Each type has its own range of color-coded sizes to fit multiple diameters. It is offered by the roll or in cut lengths. Each type of sleeving exhibits its own stretch and recovery characteristics. Some are best for protecting straight shafts or cylinders, others are better for protecting unusual shapes. All Naltex products can be supplied in cut lengths or can be heat-sealed at one end to form protective mesh bags.

Our Naltex™ line of protective guard sleeving is designed to protect pressure cylinders and HVAC units from harmful conditions. Our product’s open diamond mesh design effectively reduces dings and abrasion without covering important identification labels.

Our Alphastar™ Electrostatic Media boasts performance characteristics currently unmatched in the filtration market. Its proprietary fiber blend is carded and needled into a fully homogenous material, making it an ideal electrostatic media for air filtration. Triboelectric media produces higher efficiency with lower resistance when compared to similar products. This unique electrostatic filter media is designed to capture and maintain particles through electrostatic action which acts like a magnet.

Revonex membrane backing paper is a membrane support substrate that features a unique set of material properties designed to improve runnability in the membrane casting process. Casted thin film composite (TFC) membrane elements require high-strength substrate support materials capable of withstanding fast production speeds and high tension. 

Our Delstar™ Composite for Inner Panel (formerly LAMINET®) Inner Panel is our heavier duty composite of specialty netting and nonwoven. This composite increases stability between the pillow top and the mattress unit for a more tailored look and improved product performance. Delstar is an ideal dust cover composite. In the bedding industry, a dust cover is a woven or nonwoven fabric attached to the underside of a foundation to prevent the collection of dust inside. It may also be known as sheeting or cambric. Delstar also offers excellent tear resistance, minimum sagging, superior holding power and reduced damage risk during product shipping and handling.
