A new multiple cell culture bioreactor for medical and scientific   pretesting and tests

The stirring bioreactors (1, 3, 4, and 5) are used for cell cultivation of shear stress insensitive cells as bacteria and many plant cells. They work completely automatically and are equipped with stirrer, magnet clutch, probes and fittings. They can be converted easy with few basic components into fixed bed systems (2 and 6), fluidized bed or airlift fermenter (7). The fixed bed bioreactors can be used in medical research and pharmaceutical industry for the cultivation of adherent, human and animal cells.
