Our GPS Locating and Pro-Maps™ Utility Atlas Update program is designed to take all of the information the Utility currently has about their water and wastewater system and verify this data while combining this information with the GPS data collected by M.E. Simpson Co.’s field teams, using state of the art equipment, highly skilled and trained technicians and our Pro-Maps™ online application to develop a new, accurate Utility Atlas and database for use by the Utility.

In order to better manage your backflow connection management system, M.E. Simpson Co., Inc. has teamed with BSI Online.  BSI Online is an Online program that is completely backflow-tester driven.  With this software all bacflow test reports are entered via the internet, allowing for real-time testing compliance data for State and Local regulations who require backflow programs.

The Water Service Connection Inspection and Inventory program is designed to help a Utility maintain records control, track commercial / industrial water meters and cross connection devices, and track and determine which commercial / industrial accounts do not have a cross connection control device on their incoming domestic or fire services. 

The Unidirectional Water Main Flushing program is conducted in the field by our Project Team (M.E. Simpson Co., Inc. uses TWO trained technicians on each team). M.E. Simpson Co., Inc. furnishes all necessary equipment and a two-man team to perform the work. We will operate and flush sufficient fire hydrants in the system to flush the water main and determine water flow through your water mains sections.
