Precision DC calibrator M160 is a portable source of industrial process signals for calibration of multimeters in laboratories as well as on site calibration of evaluation units and other process meters. High load capacity of both voltage and current outputs, robust design and exceptional 20 ppm accuracy over 20°C-wide reference temperature range make this calibrator great for demanding conditions in production facilities. Other functions include thermocouple and RTD simulation, resistance and frequency, all with accuracy and resolution to meet all requirements. With option 91 the calibrator can measure temperature directly at output terminals and compensate the cold junction effect.

Impedance Standards

Meatest - Impedance Calibrator

Idea behind M550 Impedance Calibrator is to replace countless single value LCR standards with one calibrator that can switch between the standards like a CD changer in your car. The calibrator contains stable and temperature independent resistance standards, partial capacitance standards and partial inductance standards, simulated by RC T-type passive network. Calibration values of both complex parameters of partial standards are displayed on large LCD screen in preselected pairs of parameters as well as voltage, current and frequency readouts from built-in test signal meter. OPEN and SHORT reference positions are available as well.

Programmable Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Electromagnetic flow meter M910 is programmable electromagnetic flow meter which can measure, indicate and store flow and passed through volume data of conductive liquids. Flow meter M910 records both positive and negative flow. As there are neither moving nor mechanical parts in the flow profile the device can be applied to measure extremely polluted liquids containing even solid pollution. The only limitation is that the device can be used solely with conductive liquids. Inductive flow meter M910 is especially suitable to be used in the chemical industry, paper industry, waterworks maintenance, waste-water maintenance etc. In version M910EX the flow meter meets requirements of standards for equipments intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres according to directive 94/9/EC. Sensor category is II 3G EEx nA II T5/T6.

Precision Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Inductive flow meter M920 is a device designed for measuring, indicating and storing flow and passed through volume data of conductive liquids. Flow Meter M920 records both positive and negative flow. Special Calibrators

High Current Calibrator

M151 Current calibrator is accurate current source up to 120 A. It can be used for calibration of ammeters or as stable current source for precise measurement. The calibrator is equipped with a built-in multimeter that can be used for simulation of programmable transconductance or current amplifier. The calibrator includes many other features which facilitate easy use. For example it is currently displayed uncertainty of the output signal, calibration and testing procedures etc. The concept of calibrator control and indication of its status is based on large TFT color display, which provides all necessary information. The calibrator is controlled by opening menus on the display and selection from menus. Frequently used functions are assigned direct-control keys. The calibrator comes with standard IEEE488 bus and RS-232 serial line, which allow the calibrator to be controlled from a PC.

Programmable Real-Resistance Decades

Programmable Resistance Decade

Model M642 is programmable real-resistance decade with range from 0.1 Ω to 20 MΩ. Basic accuracy is 0.02 %, best resolution on the lowest range is 1 μΩ. Decade consists of high load resistors switched with combination of relays. Apart from resistance function, the M642 can be also used as an RTD temperature sensor simulatior (temperature setting in degree of Celsius or Fahrenheit). Instrument can be controlled via RS232, USB, LAN or GPIB interface.

Precision RTD Simulator

Model M631 is high accuracy RTD simulator with range from 16 Ω to 400 kΩ. Basic accuracy is 0.01°C, resolution is 0.001°C. Decade consists of highly stable foil resistors switched with combination of relays. Apart from RTD temperature sensor simulation (temperature setting in degree of Celsius or Fahrenheit) the M631 can be also used as a standard resistance decade. Instrument can be controlled via RS232, USB, LAN or GPIB interface. Decade uses internal power supply with very low noise level. SImulator can be used also for AC application.
