The MASTERpak Ultra is the ultimate membrane based solution for producing Water for Injection (WFI) for your critical operations. The MASTERpak Ultra meets current pharmacopeia standards and is a completely pre-packaged “plug and play” system featuring reverse osmosis, electrodeionization and integrated controls system all mounted on a single skid. The MASTERpak Ultra is delivered, installed and supported by a MECO service team that knows the importance of being responsive. MECO multi-media filters are designed for the removal of suspended solids greater than 10 microns. The media filters are designed based on your effluent water quality required and the feedwater analysis. Media filters can be provided individually or as part of a total water treatment solution. The control system for the media filter can be dedicated to the filter or part of a total water system. Filtration systems are designed specifically for your application using either fiberglass, PVC, lined carbon steel or stainless steel in the materials of construction. Furthermore, each filter may be equipped with the MASTERedge™ package, a system of features that provides even greater value.

MECO water softeners are designed for the removal of hardness, ammonia or both. The softeners are designed based on your effluent water quality required and the feedwater analysis. Softeners can be provided individually or as part of a total water treatment solution. The control system for the water softener can be dedicated to the softener or part of a total system. Softener systems are designed specifically for your application using either fiberglass, PVC or stainless steel in the materials of construction. In addition, each softener is equipped with the MASTERedge™ package, a system of features that provides even greater value.
