Tubular ceramic membranes ø 10 entirely made of high purity materials. Two geometries are available, correspond to user’s needs. Tubular ceramic membranes entirely made for food processing & bio-industries.The ISOFLUX™ membrane improves performances of existing separations and allows separations which were difficult or impossible to make before.The ISOFLUX™ membrane allows to obtain a constant permeate flux on each point of the membrane without using a complex and expensive system.To obtain this result the thickness of the separating layer decreases from the inlet to the outlet in order that the ratio pressure/thickness of the layers stays constant. In opposition to classical membranes for which the permeate flux decreases from the inlet to the outlet, the ISOFLUX™ membrane allows to obtain a permeate flux independent on the position where it is measured.

This equipment allows the operations of separation in Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration and Fine Ultrafiltration ranges. With its low hold up volume, this unit allows to treat solutions containing micro-particles or suspensions with a view to do operations of concentration, purification, coupling to a membrane bioreactor, etc.

The minifilter is made for the treatment of your liquid solutions by crossflow filtration on ceramic membranes INSIDE CéRAM or FILTANIUM (∅10mm lenghts 250, 600 mm, ∅25mm lenghts 580 mm).

Zig Zag is a compact carter with a large filtration area. It is adapted to the ø 25 mm membranes INSIDE CéRAM and Filtanium. It allows to treat solutions with help of 3 semi-industrial membranes placed in series.

The Helicopter is a laboratory carter adapted for comparative filtration tests on tubular membranes. It allows to simultaneously test 3 (ø 25 mm) or 4 (ø 10 mm) membranes with the same solutions and under identical operating conditions.
