membraPure GmbH products
membraPure - Standard Configuration BenchtopSystems
Our systems are typically delivered in a standard benchtop configuration, conveniently placed directly onto the workstation. Each system includes an integrated display and a flexible, detachable dispenser that is directly attached to the system. For Water Purification Systems like Astacus² and Aquinity² P10, this setup is standard (1). For systems such as AquaRO², EDI², Aquinity² P35/70, and Aquinity² E35/70, which require an external tank for water production, there's flexibility in setup. Customers have the option to place the external reservoir adjacent to the unit or position it under the bench (2). This allows customers the choice to configure the system according to their preferences.membraPure - Model 180-0093 - Volumetric Water Dispensing System
At the customer's request during the initial order placement, our water purification systems, which come equipped with a dispenser, can be fitted with a feature known as the 'volumetric dispensing function'. This feature enables precise volumetrically controlled dispensing of water in increments of 0.1 L, with the dispensing capacity ranging from 0.1 L to 99 L. This system function is designed to prevent overflow in containers and offers the convenience of dispensing water without the need for constant supervision.memTap - Advanced Water Dispenser
Besides the classic dispenser, it is also possible to install a dispenser equipped with a control display. The so-called memTap is integrated into the ultrapure water circuit and has a flow rate of 2 L/min. It can be operated manually via the button or volume-controlled via the panel.

membraPure - Model Series of AquaRO² & EDI² - Water Quality ASTM Type II from Potable Tap Water
Engineered for producing pure water from tap water, the AquaRO², AquaRO²DI, and EDI² series are built on reverse osmosis (RO) technology, efficiently generating deionized water. The EDI² series enhances this process by utilizing an EDI cell to achieve Type II water quality. These systems offer reliability and compactness at minimal operating costs. One of the key advantages of both series lies in their adaptable configurations. They provide a flexible production capacity ranging from 8 to 40 L/h, delivering three varying degrees of pure water quality (10 µS/cm to 0.2 µS/cm). As an option, the systems can also be outfitted with a dispenser. Customers have the choice of a 35 L, 70 L, or personalized tank size selection.membraPure - Model Astacus² - Ultra Pure Water System
Tailored for the production of ultra-pure water from permeate sourced from either reverse osmosis or deionized water, the Astacus² system is purpose-built for this application. Available in various configurations (Reagent, Analytical, and LifeScience), the Astacus² water purification system is designed to meet the specific demands of ultra-pure water for diverse applications. The Analytical version is equipped with a UV lamp to achieve low Total Organic Carbon (TOC) values, while the Life Science variant incorporates a UV lamp and Ultrafiltration Module for achieving both low TOC and low endotoxin values. Additionally, an optional integrated TOC sensor provides users the capability to continuously monitor TOC content onlinemembraPure Aquinity² - Model P10 - Ultra Pure Water System
Engineered for the production of ultra-pure water directly from tap water, the Aquinity² models specialize in generating ultra-pure water straight from the tap source. The Aquinity² P10 ultra-pure water system features a reverse osmosis (RO) module that directly delivers deionized water into an integrated 10L tank. Subsequently, Type I grade water is produced using a polisher cartridge. Available in different configurations (Reagent & Analytical), the Aquinity² water purification system caters to diverse requirements for ultra-pure water in various applications. The Analytical version includes a UV lamp for achieving low Total Organic Carbon (TOC) values, while Life Science grade water, with low endotoxin levels, can be produced using a special final filter. Additionally, an optional integrated TOC sensor enables continuous online monitoring of TOC content. Moreover, the Aquinity² can be configured as either a benchtop or a bench-integrated system.
membraPure Aquinity² - Model P35 / P70 - Produces Pure Water and Ultra Pure Water System
Engineered for the production of both pure water and ultra-pure water from tap water, the Aquinity² P versions utilize reverse osmosis and a conditioning module to generate deionized water (< 1 µS/cm / > 1 MOhm x cm) delivered to an external reservoir (35 or 70 liters). This water can be accessed directly (e.g., for manual glassware cleaning) or connected to a laboratory dishwasher. The ultra-pure water is produced from the stored water tank and can be dispensed using a flexible dispenser. The Aquinity² water purification system offers various configurations (Reagent, Analytical & LifeScience) to meet diverse requirements for ultra-pure water across different applications.membraPure Aquinity² - Model E35 / P70 - Produces Pure Water and Ultra Pure Water System
Engineered for producing both pure water and ultra-pure water from tap water, the Aquinity² E versions employ reverse osmosis and a conditioning module to yield deionized water (< 0.2 µS/cm / > 5 MOhm x cm) stored in an external reservoir (35 or 70 liters). This water is readily accessible for tasks such as manual glassware cleaning or connection to a laboratory dishwasher. From the storage tank, ultra-pure water is produced and can be dispensed using a flexible dispenser. Available in various configurations (Reagent, Analytical & LifeScience), the Aquinity² water purification system caters to the distinct needs of ultra-pure water across diverse applications.membraPure - Model OptiLab² & OptiPrep² - Ultra Pure Water System
Designed for the production of ultra pure water out of pretreated water. The series of OptiLab² and OptiPrep²are designed for the production of 5 L/min or 8 L/min of pyrogen- and nuclease-free ultra pure water out of pretreated water by reversed osmosis or EDI². The ultra pure water is produced with a combination of prefilters, mixed bed filter and scavenger cartridge. If water is not used, automatic recirculation within the system ensures a permanent high quality of ultra pure water. All components of the OptiLab²/OptiPrep² series are assembled in an industrial design for easy access. The μS-control checks the conductivity of feed water to protect the cartridges against inappropriate feed water (blackline). If conductivity is too high the water flow will be rejected.
