Heat Shrink Anode Sealing Cap

Anode Sealing Caps seal the critical connection between the anode lead wire and the anode. The sealing cap provides stress relief at the wire connection. They seal and electrically insulate the end of the anode where the lead wire exits the anode. The anode sealing cap is the ideal solution to prevent premature failure of the anode typically caused by corrosion of the wire connection. Each cap is expanded to allow clearance for easy installation over the lead wire and the anode. A rubber based sealant is coated on the inside of the cap. The cap is heated and shrunk to fit tightly on the anode and the anode wire. During the heat shrink process, the cap shrinks to conform to the anode and wire while the sealant softens and bonds to their surfaces. After cooling, the cap remains durable and water tight. Anode sealing caps are sized to fit 2, 3 or 4 inch anodes.

Kwik-ZIP - Non-metallic bow spring Centralizer

Application: A non-metallic bow spring centralizer for applications such as gravel packed screens, water well casing, monitor wells, drop pipe, and pump installation plus Ground Engineering related applications such as piles, soil nails, anchors and sheathing installations. This model will fit casing and sheathing diameters from 58mm OD (2.28”) to in excess of 180mm OD (8”), and is available in three bow heights of 20mm (0.78”), 30mm (1.18”), and 50mm (2”).

MESA - Anode Centralizer

Heavy duty design, Centers anode in the hole, Maintains spacing between anode and vent pipe, Increases anode life by ensuring backfill coverage

Anode - Sacrificial - Aluminum Anode

Blind Flange Assembly Mounting

The Blind Flange Assembly is for the use of cathodic protection in code-rated vessels, located in areas that restrict the use of Victaulic connections on pressure rated vessels. The Blind Flange Assembly is recommended for use with a flange insulator to allow monitoring of anode current output. Standard size 4", 150 lb rating. Other sizes are available on request.

Blue and Redhead Heater Treater

A one-piece, high temperature, flame-retarding, high-compression molded fiberglass anode mounting head. The Blue head is designed for installation in treaters fitted with 4-inch Schedule 80 Victaulic nipples. Designed with ribbed support skids for easy installation, proper alignment and superior anode stability. Installs in standard 4-inch Schedule 40 pipe nipple with Victaulic coupling. Will mount anodes of up to three (3) inch diameter and sixty (60) inch length. Proven service in the field since 1976.

Bracelet Aluminum Anodes

Aluminum is the anode of choice for saltwater environments. Engineered aluminum alloys offer relatively low consumption rates of 7 pounds per ampere-year. Aluminum anodes are available in both Mesalum I and Mesalum III alloys. Mesalum I produces an open circuit potential of -1.05 volts (with respect to an Ag/AgCl reference cell) and realizes a 95% current efficiency. Mesalum III generates a voltage potential of -1.15 volts and has a current efficiency of 85%.

Backfill - Loresco

All Vent Deep Anode System

AllVent™ is a product of premium quality designed exclusively for use in deep cathodic protection anode systems. AllVent™ has openings placed in a strategic pattern to allow 360° venting ability without a loss of pipe strength. Vertical slits placed with precision cutting wire produce openings 1.5 inches (3.81 cm) in length with a width of .006 inches (.015 cm). With proper installation, AllVent™ will vent throughout the life of the deep groundbed. AllVent™ is of prime importance when sealing is required on the deep anode system. In addition to venting, AllVent™ can also be utilized as a conduit for adding water should the system require it.

Loresco Contact Backfill

Loresco type DW-1® is a sized carbon backfill with particles ranging between 0.1 to 1 mm. DW-1® weighs seventy-four pounds per cubic foot and sinks readily in water or light mud. The fixed carbon content of DW-1® is over ninety-nine percent. Being a sized and predominantly round material, DW-1® may be installed by either pumping or pouring. Approximately seven gallons of water per one hundred pounds of backfill should be utilized when pumping. DW-1® wets easily and only minimum agitation is necessary before pumping.
