Climatronics` LED Digital Displays combine high reliability, moderate cost, rugged construction, and large bright digits to meet the most demanding applications. These rack mountable displays utilize bright red- orange L.E.D. digits. Displays use a passive integration, dualslope, analog to digital conversion technique which provides excellent long-term stability, accuracy, linearity, noise rejection, and jitter-free performance. Standard features include differential and bipolar single-ended signal input, rugged glass filled Cycolac case and single edge, card type electrical connection to provide easy maintenance and replacement.

Spread spectrum radios spread the normally narrowband information signal over a relatively wide band of frequencies. This allows the communications to be more immune to noise and interference from RF sources such as pagers, cellular phones and multipath.

The CSC115 is a lightweight, portable instrument that can serve as a 2-GB storage device or as a USB-to-CSI/O synchronous device communications (SDC) adapter. When serving as a storage device, the CSC115 allows you to augment your onsite data storage or to transport data between the data logger and PC. As a USB-to-CSIO adapter, the CSC115 supports direct communication between an IMP-series data logger and a PC equipped with a USB port. The CSC115 is used with our CR800-series, CR1000, and CR3000 data loggers. It is the only storage device compatible with the IMP-900 and IMP-950.

The CCOM220 Telephone Modem is an asynchronous modem used for communication between our IMP series of Data Acquisition Systems and an IBM® compatible personal computer over a public, switched telephone network. A Hayes-compatible modem is required at the computer end. The CCOM220 Telephone Modem uses voice-grade telephone lines at data rates up to 115.2 kbps between modem and data logger, although in practice, data transmission through phone lines is generally limited to 33.6 kbps. Power to the CCOM220 Telephone Modem is supplied by the data logger’s +12 volt supply. The wide operating temperature range and the low power requirements makes the CCOM210 ideal for remote applications.

The Wind Tracker Wind Display offers big performance in a compact package. The Wind Tracker has many features which make it the most versatile wind display on the market. Wind speed is displayed in a choice of units: knots; miles per hour; km/hr; and, meters/sec. The maximum wind speed is saved on the display until reset by the operator. Wind direction information is clearly displayed on a circular compass pattern of light emitting diodes. Multicolored segments give a quick visual indication of current direction and direction variability. Front panel brightness control allows adjustment for best viewing in any light.

The RavenXTG is a full-duplex, digital cellular modem manufactured by AirLink that communicates with the local cellular tower via the General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) system and with the base station computer via the internet. Communicating via the internet supports faster communication rates and eliminates dialing delays and long distance fees. The modem and accessories for mounting are Climatronics’ assembly P/N 102727-3.
