Our name is misleading, maintenance is only a small part of the scheme when the system is designed and installed properly. Meter Maintenance & Controls, Inc began in 1989 primarily selling & servicing mechanical flow meters and totalizers. But, because of reliability issues inherent to mechanical systems, we quickly migrated to designing microprocessor based batch control systems using flow transmitters. As our Customer base grew, so too did the complexity of our clients process automation requirements. Soon we moved into total process control schemes involving not only liquid batching and blending, but also motion, level, pressure, temperature and PID control loops utilizing PLC & PC control & interfaces. Our Clients needed documentation issues addressed so we provide automated logging, trending custody transfer invoicing along with custom tailored historical data collection systems.
