Para-Bac™ products are used to control paraffin, corrosion, and scale in producing oil wells, as well as in microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR). Para-Bac is also used in above-ground production facilities to keep tanks, separators, and flow lines clean.

Litho-Bac™ is a proprietary combination of natural, facultative anaerobic biologicals and biochemicals used in oil well operations to inhibit scale formation. Litho-Bac™ has some corrosion inhibition properties. Scale formation is inhibited through metabolic by- products of Litho-Bac™, including alcohols, ketones, organic acids, and biosurfactants. Litho-Bac™ also has a limited ability to disperse, dissolve, and prevent paraffin deposition.

Ben-Bac™ is a proprietary combination of biologicals and biochemicals used to control select asphaltenes, enhance flow properties of selected asphaltic oils, and prevent paraffin deposition.  Ben-Bac™ can act to break apart organic deposits in the perforations, pumps, and tubing.  Due to the diversity of structural types of asphaltenes and the complexity of asphaltene interactions with other crude oil components, testing is suggested before treatment is initiated.

M-1000BX™ is a biological product designed and formulated for the degradation of a select group of contaminated and/or hazardous wastes. These compounds include benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX). This product has been used successfully in a variety of in-situ and ex-situ applications.

Spill-Bac™ is a proprietary blend of specially selected biologicals and biochemicals used to remediate crude oil spills on land. It can be applied topically to spills such as occur from oil field maintenance operations, tank and flow line leaks and other such accidental releases of crude oil that impact soil areas. The product degrades the hydrocarbons present in crude oil and helps to restore impacted soil to its natural state.  The metabolic processes of Spill Bac™ microbes produce biochemicals and enzymes that release, oxidize, and degrade the paraffin’s, aromatics, naphthenes, and other petrochemical hydrocarbons found in crude oil. Spill Bac™ comes as a ready-to-use formulation.
