MION - Bag Filters

The bag filters have a wide use in almost all industrial installations. They consist essentially of a series of permeable sleeves that ensure the passage of gases but not particles. They are effective for particle sizes below one micron and then for all ecological and recovery uses in industrial sectors: food processing, textiles, chemicals, iron and steel industry, foundries, cement plants, paper processing, and wherever dry bulk materials are used.

MION - Model 3.0 - Intake and Aerosol Removal Machine

The lubrication and cooling of the tools mounted on the machines is generally done through the use of oil in water emulsion and/or stabbing, whose pouring on the moving bodies induces the formation of aerosols, which tend to spread rapidly in surrounding  areas. The resulting pollution of the workplace means, if the contamination is hygienically relevant, the need for environmental remediation, carried out by the appropriate local exhaust ventilation systems, which provide for the collection of fumes and aerosols and their forced conveyance to outer atmosphere.

Suitable for the filtration of fumes and dust at variable flow rates. Made of galvanized, stainless and carbon steel. Provided with 2 to 3 filter stages, from primary to complete filtration as requested by the client.

Odorous emissions are a source of nuisance in a community, creating the need to equip existing and new reduction systems with multiple purification technologies. Identification of a system must take into account the degree of reduction required. If necessary a feasibility study shoud be made to establish the costs and over all operating costs.

MION - Cartridge Filter for Liquids

The cartridge filter for liquids is used to separate liquids from solids such as sludge, granules and dust from any material, even food. This type of filtration is used for a medium to large flow of fluids with high level of impurities resulting from manufacturing processes or drafting of contaminated liquid. The fluid to be purified enters the filter body, where the debris is separated from the liquids. When the equipment is shut off, the retained solids settle before being expelled from the bottom. This filtration system can be used with systems working with both pressure and depression flows. The cartridge is cleaned by a jet of water from the filter to the outside the sleeve itself.

MION - Model 2.1 - Hopper

A hopper conveys used material downstream of the filter. A spiral screw is installed inside the hopper to convey the deposited material down to the point of discharge. The screw is installed only when the hopper outlet is extra-long.

MION - Screw Conveyors

Screw conveyors are used to transport and unload granular materials from silos, over a given distance from the PA filters outlet and cyclones. The screw conveyors are composed of a spiral with a motor that creates the motion, one or more input and output doors for the material and one or more inspection doors. The latter are installed on the client`s request.

Model 6.0 - Expulsion Fireplaces

The fireplace, also called chimney if large, is a smoke evacuation system, usually downstream of a fan. Composed of various cylindrical parts, with a diameter proportional to the flow of fumes to be treated, the height varies according to local regulations. The chimneys comes in various construction materials: at low temperatures and with chemically non-aggressive fumes, thinner ordinary steel can be used.

Mion - Model 11.0 - Pneumatic Conveying Systems

The pneumatic conveying systems ensure transfer of solid materials, dust or granular (grain, cement, wood chips, waste, plastics, chemicals, dust), inside pipes, generally with circular cross-section through, via an air flow of adequate speed. Pneumatic conveying consists of introducing the material to be transported in special tubes traversed by a current of air which lifts it and drags it up to a predetermined destination. Pneumatic conveying reduces the need for labor workers. The pipes have a small footprint and can be complex in paths.
